A beautiful Norwegian Figgjo flint marie plate with an elegant blue background color and decorated with real gold, as well as two BUNAD girls in the middle.
The model of the plate was designed by Ragnar Grimsrud (1902 - 1988) in 1952, and the gold decoration was possibly by Frøyland, Rolf (1926 - ) in the 1950's. The production year is not sure, but the stamp is from 1958-1962. A rare 1950s' mid-century design item from Norway.

The plate is still in Good/Excellent/Mint condition, it can hang as a wall decor or use a fruit bowl / table decor.
