Illuminate your home with this stunning vintage hand carved 2-arm Candle Sconce, Candlestick, wall sconce from Telemark, Norway. This candle sconce was crafted in 1989, and features a handcrafted pattern in the style of carving that is similar to Norwegian rosemaling/rose painting. The carving is influenced by the rococo style from the 18th century, and is a perfect example of Norwegian folk art.

This vintage hand carved candle sconce is in excellent condition and has been well preserved over the years. It would make a perfect addition to any collection of Norwegian folk art, or as a statement piece in any home decor.

Signed and dated back with deeply carved initials "O.A.B" and year "89"
