Extremely RARE type horse handle -- Dated 1981 - One of the best carved mangle boards from Norway.

A masterpiece, professionally handcrafted wood carving wall hanging from Nordic. Unique Norwegian Hand-carved mangle board in pinewood / pine wood with rosemaling / rose painting pattern from Gudbrandsdalen, Norway.

Well carved horse form handle ( shows a Horse turning head), and detailed deeply carved patterns of rosepainting style. Large size! Dated by artist with deeply carved year back "1981".

Beautiful Norwegian/Skandinavian folkart.
