Large Size -- RARE MUSEUM QUALITY PIECE with beautiful patina! VIKING BEER BOWL/ TRAU dated back to 1834, almost 200 years old primitive antique from Norway / Scandinavia.

A rare and authentic piece of Norwegian history, handcrafted in 1834. This beautiful wooden ale/beer bowl / trau / tray, Wood Trough is a true testament to the craftsmanship and artistry of the Norwegian people from the ancient times and stunning patina that has developed over centuries.

This rustic museum quality piece is a nice adding for any collector of Norwegian or Scandinavian folk art, with its hand-carved masterpiece that exudes farmhouse and country charm. The bowl has been carefully preserved over time, with small old cracks adding to its unique character and authenticity.
