PRIMITIVE antique trunk with an original painting in the style of the famous Norwegian Rococo painter and rosemaling artist Peder Aadnes (1739-92). Features a lock and key from a later period.

This RUSTIC antique treasure box, over 200 years old, is beautifully decorated with leaves and flowers in dark green on a farmhouse green and red background.

Handcrafted from oak and wrought iron, it is dated on the front with the inscription "ANP 1813."

With its beautiful patina and compact size, this box is easy to incorporate into any interior style. The exquisite details make it a perfect addition to cabin or farmhouse country-style décor.
