Professionally hand-crafted and hand-painted baroque-style jug from Telemark, Norway. This spout tankard, made in 1994 by famous rosemaling artist Bjørn Pettersen, is carved from a single piece of natural beech wood. It features a farmhouse-red base color adorned with traditional Telemark-style Rosemaling. The piece is signed and dated by the artist "Bj. P. '94."
